Calendar
The Calendar application helps you plan and manage appointments – in your own calendars, in shared team calendars, and in calendars from external sources such as Google or Outlook. You can also use your own calendars in other calendar programs by exporting them as a subscription.
You open the application from the start page of the web interface by selecting Calendar.

Overview
The calendar view shows your appointments in Year, Month, Week, or Day view. The navigation bar lets you change the displayed period, jump to Today, and switch the view. The toolbar lets you create new appointments or search across all visible calendars.
The side navigation contains a mini calendar, your calendar list, and the Calendar Settings. Calendars are grouped into My calendars, Shared calendars, and Hidden calendars. You can show or hide calendars for the current view without changing the appointments stored in them.
Calendar Types
-
My calendars - your personal calendar and calendars you manage yourself
-
Shared calendars - calendars shared with you by other users or groups
-
External calendars - for example, Google, Outlook, or holiday calendars you connect
Read-only calendars can be displayed and searched, but appointments in them can not be changed from the Calendar application.
Using Calendars in Other Programs
Depending on the calendar and your permissions, you can copy a subscription URL from the Calendar Settings and add it to another calendar program. The available formats are based on the ICS, CalDAV, and WebCAL protocols.
For creating and editing appointments, recurring appointments, and reminders, see Events. For sharing, external calendars, synchronization, and subscription URLs, see Calendar Settings.
