Waiting Queue
The Waiting Queue is the solution to keeping track of requests. When there are too many things to do at once, the Waiting Queue allows users to request a consultation with someone. When that person is ready, they will call you. Every user has their own waiting queue, where they can manage requests made to them and requests others have made to them.
To start a new request, select the menu button on a user and select Draw Waiting Number. In a dialog, enter the topic you wish to discuss.
The requested user will have a new entry in the waiting queue, which can be accepted, deleted, or reordered. Once accepted, the requesting user will receive a notification. The two users can then solve the request, e.g. using a voice call.
