This Task Planner task can be used to start the maintenance mode. This may be useful to stop the server's normal operations and lock applications so that users can no longer use the i-net CoWork. The maintenance mode can not be disabled from within and must be disabled by restarting the server.

Note: in Linux environments, you can send a signal using kill -s USR2 <PID> to disable the maintenance mode. However, it is advised to restart the server.
