JSON API to request information about the job manager and interact with it.

The API is based up on the Web API interface and allows requesting the job queue, as well as details about a running job. Canceling stale jobs can be performed as well. Another function is requesting the total amount of memory used, free and max of the server.

The Job Manager Web API access permission is required to perform any of these actions.
