The following information is derived from the plugin description.
Provides a web interface, to perform server configuration during installation and update.
The installation of the service is performed in multiple steps. The installation is done using the system specific installer. Basic configuration is prepared by the Setup Wizard. More settings and migrations can be added by other plugins.
The setup is secured allowing access only using the localhost address or a randomized identifier that has to be obtained from the installation directory. This ensures that only administrators with access to the server can set up the application.
Changelog Information
- When installing on a drive other than C:\ (Windows) then the program data directory can be changed during the setup.
- Setup now works properly when updating a single or multiple plugins via the plugin store. Duplicate executions and confusing messages will be avoided.
- When updating the product-core plugin, Setup now updates all updateable plugins from the store.
