The CoWork Online Status feature enables users to update their online status using the Task Planner. Users can set their online status and also add a status message. The CoWork status is updated for the user who created the task.

Users with the permissions "CoWork Administration" and "Users and Groups", are additionally given the option to specify another user with CoWork access whose status will be changed.

This feature can be used to set a time-based status for your profile.
