The Server Start trigger will be executed as soon as the server has started all vital processes. There are no additional options for this trigger.

It is advisable to only have simple and fast running tasks at this stage, e.g. sending an email or IRC message. Long-running tasks might influence parts of the software and slow down services such as indexing services.
