AI Connections
The AI Connections plugin aggregates the connection setup of multiple providers, such as GPT and Ollama. The first configured provider will be the default provider whenever no specific one was selected.
Setting up multiple providers enables you to use specifically trained AIs for your tasks. The following additional settings can be made:
-
Anonymize request content: Phone numbers and email addresses are anonymized in this case so that no personal data is sent to GPT.
i-net CoWork Bot
The i-net CoWork Bot can be used to directly send requests from a CoWork chat to an AI provider. You can use the command /ai
to send a request to the default provider and the /aispecific <name>
command to address a specific provider.
Optionally, you can disable the feature altogether.
Spam Filter
Enabling the spam filter has the effect of sending text content of received emails to an AI connection for spam analysis. You have the following options for setting the filter:
-
AI Connection: Which connection to use for the spam filtering
-
What to do when spam is detected: You can choose between Delete Ticket, Set Resource and Set Priority for emails detected as spam.
-
Hint providing more context about your company: This is to give ChatGPT a hint about the field in which your company operates. Thus, spam can be better classified and thus sorted out.
Note: Enable the option anonymize request content to protect your customers' data in the best possible way.
