Embedded Websites
This feature allows you to make web pages available from the Internet or Intranet in the application selection.
Name
The name of the web page as it should be shown in the application selection. A short name should be prefered.
Description
The description of the linked website as it should appear in the application selection.
Path
The path of the web page, how it should be linked in the application. For example, "/myapplication" is linked to the http://myserver:<port>/myapplication page and can then be called directly.
Color
A color for display and highlighting the website within the application selection.
Target URL
The URL of the Web page to be embedded or redirected to.
Display as
Displays the Web page as embedded website or as a redirect to the website. It is necessary for the embedded option, that the target page can be embedded. Some vendors prohibit embedding their websites.
Access
The access to the linked website in the application selection can be restricted with following options:

All users No access restriction

Logged in users A login is required to display the content. It is the login in the application selection meant and not in the target page.

Select users and/or groups Access to the Web page only for the specified users or member of the specified groups. Additional user selection is required.
Icon
An icon that best describes the website, e.g. a company logo. Icons in different resolutions can be defined, which will be stored on the server. Ideal, in a square format, are 64x64, 96x96 and 256x256 pixels. Other sizes are scaled and stored in the appropriate sizes.
If no icon has been set, a default icon is used.
