Maintenance for i-net HelpDeskInactive

The following information is derived from the plugin description.

Extension of the maintenance center with ticket management tools for the i-net HelpDesk.

There are additional backup tasks for mail templates, report customizations, custom images and desktop client files.

The ticket cache can be checked and renewed if it was corrupted due to service interruptions or hardware issues.

The datacare section allows to check consistency of the i-net HelpDesk data, such as users and attachments. Unused and retired data can be cleared from the system.

In case of switching the database to another server or another DBMS vendor, there is a tool to seamlessly migrate the data after activating maintenance mode so that no changes can be made in between.

An update of the user names can be performed in case of switching the login domain to maintain data consistency.

  • Fixed a bug that left obsolete queries in database after migration from database type to another
  • There is a new maintenance capability to fully delete all deactivated users at once (unless they are blocked via a blocking notice). You can find it under "Deleting Obsolete Data -> Deactivated User Accounts".
