Microsoft TeamsInactive
The following information is derived from the plugin description.
The MS-Teams collaboration extension adds the ability of the server application to communicate with MS-Teams.
For example, the Task Planner can post messages to MS-Teams webhooks using result actions.
The i-net HelpDesk application, which is provided as a product by i-net software GmbH, uses this plugin to provide an MS-Teams bot. The bot can then be used from MS-Teams to search for tickets and knowledge base articels in i-net HelpDesk and display their statuses and advanced information.
