Emojis are used, for example by i-net CoWork. i-net HelpDesk ships a default set of emojis, based on the Twitter emojis.

The predefined emoji list can be expanded by uploading an SVG file and assigning a short name. It's recommended to create the SVG file with dimensions of 72x72px.

The short name should only contain lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. This name will be used to locate the emoji in the search and also to add it by shorthand :<shortname>: in the supported places.

Note: Predefined emoji names cannot be overwritten.
