Change Classification

Sets the selected classification for a ticket. The following parameters can be set:

  • Ticket ID: ID of the ticket to set the classification for. If there are multiple ticket IDs, the action will be applied to each of these tickets. Ticket IDs can be separated by: space, semicolon, or coma.
  • Classification: the new classification of the selected ticket.

Example

A ticket that has the ITIL status Change Request is updated with the classification Product enhancement.
