CoWork

The CoWork Ticket Extension allows to directly contact CoWork users while editing a ticket and is displayed in the ticket extension panel. The user has then access to all channels and direct messages and can quickly check back or converse with either colleagues or the ticket owner. Users can change their status directly in the extension and pop out the CoWork application for full access.

The handling of attachments is fast and intuitive. Users can drag any attachment from the ticket into the CoWork conversation and vice versa to add it to a tickets response.

Note: To add the extension, open the Layout Settings from the Dropdown above the Ticket list and add the extension using the button on the lower right at the end of the dialog.
