Ticket details

The details of a ticket include all fields that are available to a ticket. The visibility and the order of the fields can be changed using the options button. Fields set to be visible will be displayed if their value has been set.

Edit ticket fields

The fields of a ticket are edited in this extension. Editing can be started via the pencil button. Editing must explicitly be ended with the Save- or Cancel- buttons. Until then, the ticket will be blocked for other users and cannot be changed by them.

Note: All users who have opened a ticket that is being edited can see that it is being edited via the list of users above the ticket.

Note: Editing the fields of multiple tickets is possible in the ticket list.
