Flat rates
The flat rates of a user allow the recording of different costs per user/customer for the processing of a ticket. i-net HelpDesk has the option to store up to three flat rates per user/customer.

How it works
Tickets consist of individual processing steps, or ticket actions. When entering a ticket action in the ticket, a time expenditure can be set, which is to serve as calculation basis for this ticket action. By default, the costs are calculated based on the hourly rate of the resource.
If a time recording with an individual reference to the user/customer is to be created, then the use of flat rates is possible. For this purpose, a flat rate is selected in the respective ticket action.
Note: The name of the flat rates can be customized in the configuration.
