Lists configured AI skills from the ai.skills configuration. Invalid or empty configuration yields an empty list.

Returns all configured skills, sorted by name.

Returns one skill by name token. Matching is case-insensitive and also accepts a hyphenized form. Returns 404 for an unknown skill or nested paths. Wrong methods return 405.
