Login Domains

When the domain structure in the company changes, the i-net PDFC server allows to adapt the logins of the affected users accordingly. The username must remain unchanged.

This way user data, permissions, and assignments remain with the respective users despite a changed login. Registrations at the server are possible with the respective valid logins.

Add a new login

In addition to the existing logins of a domain, new logins with the new domain name are created. The creation will be skipped if logins of the same name already exist.

Example: In addition to the login domainA\m.mustermann, the user Max Mustermann will also have the login domainB\m.mustermann.

Removing a login

All logins of a domain that are no longer used can be removed from the user data here.

Renaming the domain of a login

All existing logins in a domain will be renamed. If a login with the same name is already in use, the existing login is not changed.

Example: The login domainA\m.mustermann of the user Max Mustermann is changed to domainB\m.mustermann.
