The following information is derived from the plugin description.
Intuitive, intelligent comparison of your documents in i-net PDFC using a web browser interface.
Your documents, such as PDF or DocX, contain actual content, not just text or images. i-net PDFC intelligently compares the content in your files. Any differences are shown in a visually gorgeous display, akin to holding up two pieces of paper to the light.
The i-net PDFC comparison application can be used by a large number of users at the same time, with everyone comparing their documents on the same server. Comparisons can be shared with other users effortless - with restrictions to individual users or groups.
The same effortless sharing applies to comparison profiles to ensure the team is on the same page. Comparison profiles offer a reproducable set of rules that define how documents are compared to each other.
Comparison results can be stored for later use - or to compare a base document against another - exported as reports or as side-by-side documents for external storage. The comparison application displays differences both visually and as a list of changes. Highlighting marked changes in one document shows corresponding passages in the other.

- Keyboard shortcuts for common actions
- The keyboard shortcut for 'paste' is now supported and will upload the pasted files as documents for the comparison.
- The current content of the system clipboard can be used as document for the comparison as long as it's plain text or image via a button. Access to the system clipboard has to be permitted in the browser for this feature to be available.
- As an alternative to uploading, documents can be selected directly from the i-net Drive for the comparison.
Fixed Bugs
- Cumulative rounding errors led to small deviations in the scroll synchronization and text search mark-up.
- Cycling through text search results will now go through the results in scroll order in any case.
- Comparison profiles can be published for certain users or groups.
- Requires the publishing user to have permissions for the users and groups administration.
- Published profiles can be unpublished or modified by the owner or any member of the administrators group.
- Full text search for the compared documents is now available.
- Comments (annotations with text) will be shown as popup. The popup will show the comment text and author as well as the review/edit steps.
- Comparison profiles will be validated and warnings will be shown in the edit dialog for any incorrect property key or value.
