Euro-Office IntegrationActive

Allows you to edit Office documents from Drive, ticket attachments, and the inventory using Euro-Office or an ONLYOFFICE-compatible document server.

  • Office documents attached to inventory devices can now be opened and edited via the EuroOffice integration.
  • The optional document server URL fields show the effective fallback URL as placeholder once a document server URL is configured.

Fixed Bugs

  • Office documents in Drive that are shared with a single user can now be opened and edited.

Security Fixes

  • Editor sessions are now bound to the user's HelpDesk session and expire after a period of inactivity (at most after 24 hours).
