Extension of the maintenance center for comparison specific utilities.

The toolset includes a backup task to safely store persisted comparisons which can be triggered by a scheduled task in the Task Planner.

To keep comparisons from cramming up the hard disk, there is a panel to manually clean up old or very large comparisons. Comparisons can also be cleaned up automatically using a Task Planner action. This action, too, allows setting an age and size threshold.
