Database Pictures are dynamic pictures. The picture is loaded from the database and may changed for every record.

You can add it to the report template via drag and drop from the field browser. The database column needs to be a LongVarbinary column (MS Access: OLE Object; MS SQL Server: IMAGE; Oracle: LONG RAW).
