The Page Header component is displayed only, if configured in the selected theme. The page header can be configured to be visible either on the report's top only or on every page, i.e. before every component in the report.

The settings of the Page Header component allow setting a custom title for this Ad Hoc report. The logo is assigned in the server configuration.
