The i-net CoWork Bot can be used to directly send requests from a CoWork chat to an AI provider. You can use the command /ai to send a request to the default provider and the /aispecific <name> command to address a specific provider.

You can also specify which tools are to be passed to the bot for usage, if any are configured, e.g. through the MCP tools config.

Optionally, you can disable the feature altogether.

The recommended model depends on the scenario, but typically you'll want a full GPT-5 model or equivalent here. The token usage for a single interaction also depends on your usage and usually ranges from tenths of a cent to a few cents.

Note that the content will be sent to your AI provider. If you are not using a local AI model of your own, make sure that your publicized data protection agreement allows for this.
