First Week of Year constants

Can be used in the property formula "DatePart" to define the first week of the year.

Constant	Value	Description
UseSystem	0	System Default
FirstJan1	1	Week that contains the January 1.
FirstFourDays	2	Week that contains at least four days of the new year.
FirstFullWeek	3	Week that contains only days of the new year.
