Converts the date/time value and and returns an integer, the number of seconds since midnight.

Usage:

DateTimeToSeconds( DateTime )

Returns:

Number of Seconds from midnight

Examples:

DateTimeToSeconds( "2008/02/05 13:55:12" )
-> 50112
