Returns the user name of the database connection used in the report. The parameter (0-based) specifies the index of the database connection. A parameter value '0' means the first and in most cases the only database connection in the report. If there is no such database connection, or if there is a different problem, this will result in an error.

Note: To get the name of the user that is currently viewing this report you need to use the function WebUserName.
