Demonstrates the automatic backup of a changed configuration while the application is running. When the server restarts, a check is performed to verify that the stored configuration matches the current configuration. If not, the stored configuration is being restored and the server restarted. The backup of the configuration is saved alongside the base directory of the server, where the the webconfig.txt is located.
