Universal web interface for setting prompt values before rendering reports in various formats.

The prompt dialog is being display prior to loading a report that requires user input. For example in the HTML Viewer, the user is presented the viewer first and then asked to fill required prompt fields in a pop up dialog. The Task Planner also uses the prompt dialog when setting up a report job that requires user input.
