A session datasource can be used to provide user specific report data.

A servlet filter is to create a session based datasource from request parameters. This sample creates a MySQL datasource that is valid while the session lasts. In addition it authenticates the user against the application.

Note: this plugin should only be used for internal purposes and development, not in public production.

Note: This plugin is a reporting sample that can be used as a starting point for custom implementation. You can download and install the plugin as is, but it is recommended to to download, unpack and check the content first. The plugin sample includes the source code as well as README files with further information and instructions. The sample plugin is also included in the SDKs.
