The printers that are set up on the server on which the i-net Clear Reports is running are provided to the users to allow them to print reports. Access to printers is restricted by default and can only be given using group settings.

To allow all printers, uncheck the Restrict access to the selected printers box. To allow only some printers, check the box of the respective printer.

Printer restrictions are accumulative over the users groups, that means that other groups can add more printers or even allow all printers on the system.

Note: The permission Remote Printing is required in addition to restricting server printer access.
